IIC Achieves Recertification to ISO 9001:2008 Standard

IIC Achieves Recertification to ISO 9001:2008 Standard
 
Company Maintains 15 Continuous Years of ISO 9001 Certification
 
2/2/2010 – Poughkeepsie, NY – Indotronix International Corporation (IIC) today announced that the company has recently completed recertification of their Quality Management System (QMS) to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. IIC's quality registrar, BSI Management Systems America, certified IIC's registration to the latest version of the ISO 9001 standard as part of the required three-year recertification audit process. IIC's successful registration to the new standard demonstrates the company's commitment to the highest international standards for quality assurance. IIC has maintained certification to the ISO 9001 standard since June 1994.
 
IIC's ISO 9001:2008 certification applies to the QMS that governs all IIC-managed software development services within the scope indicated on the company's Certificate of Registration (BSI certificate #69749):
 

Application and systems software design, development, test, and maintenance as well as application configuration/integration, with an emphasis on web application, database, user interface, transaction processing, content management systems, and website development and multiplatform portability.

 

IIC's ISO 9001:2008 certification reflects the company's commitment to delivering high quality services and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. This certification effectively complements the company's other quality certifications, including:

 

:: ISO 9001:2000 certification for IIC's offshore software development center
   (CMMI Level 3 certification in progress)
:: ISO 9001:2008 certification for IIC's offshore BPO/call center (ISO 27001    certification in progress)
