Babu R. Mandava
President and CEO

As one of the founders of Indotronix International Corporation, Babu Mandava is responsible for providing the visionary leadership that drives the success of IIC. Mr. Mandava brings to IIC more than 30 years of experience in high tech engineering and management, including nearly 20 years in design and development for IBM. His committed focus on excellence in customer service, rewarding excellence, and respect for the individual has enabled Indotronix to grow to a 500 employee, $50 million company over the last 20+ years. His unique insight and expert guidance are the foundation for IIC's success.
Aneel Potluri
Senior Vice President and COO – IT Services
Aneel Potluri has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry in both operational and executive management roles. Mr. Potluri’s experience includes executive level responsibility for business development for IIC’s custom software solutions division as well as managing IT product support. Mr. Potluri is responsible for managing all of IIC’s financial activities, including M&A activities as well as the financial aspects of accounting and human resources operations.
Ashok Mandava
Senior Vice President and COO – Infrastructure Services
Ashok Mandava has been with IIC since 2003. Mr. Mandava has a wide range of experience in the provisioning of IT infrastructure services, including managed services and hosting services. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of IIC’s state-of-the-art data center and the development of IIC’s hosting and managed services offerings. Mr. Mandava’s current responsibilities include operational management of IIC’s IT infrastructure services for internal and external customers as well as developing new business opportunities for these services.
Venkat Mantha
Senior Vice President – Staffing Services
Venkat Mantha is a senior professional with extensive experience in Business Development and Relationship Management in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and India. Mr. Mantha’s initiatives have enabled IIC to win and expand several large nationwide contracts. Prior to IIC, he worked in India and the Middle East, both in building businesses from the ground up and in growing new divisions within large corporations, establishing new client relationships and developing and managing partner relationships across Europe and Asia. Mr. Mantha is responsible for leading IIC’s marketing efforts for IT staffing services through new client acquisitions and management of existing Fortune 500 customer relationships.
Sunil Krishnaswamy
Vice President – Human Resources
Sunil Krishnaswamy has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field in a wide variety of managerial and technical roles, including more than 12 years in technical resource recruitment. Mr. Krishnaswamy’s expertise includes resources planning and strategy, global resourcing models, employment negotiations/closing, and mentoring technical recruiters. He has executive leadership experience in managing recruitment organizations, including contract management, service delivery improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives, team performance improvement, and operational efficiency (systems and procedures). Mr. Krishnaswamy is responsible for overseeing IIC’s human resource personnel, including the technical recruitment staff, as well as for designing and implementing IIC’s HR policies.
