In order to extend our capacity to deliver custom software solutions to our customers, IIC has formed strategic partnerships with a small group of highly qualified and specialized companies. These strategic partnerships enable IIC to draw upon the capabilities of our partners to quickly and cost-effectively address potential resource/skill gaps and to better address customer requirements in industries and technologies that fall outside of IIC’s core focus areas.
IIC selects partners with the goal of building long term relationships. IIC has implemented a set of time-tested processes for creating, sustaining, and leveraging these partnerships. Partnership candidates are evaluated against specific criteria that include, but are not limited to:

IIC has developed and maintains a robust set of processes for ensuring that the services performed by our delivery partners conform to IIC and customer requirements. These processes encompass joint project planning, communications, reviews, progress monitoring, and issue resolution covering intermediate and final deliverables. IIC regularly evaluates our business partners to ensure that they continue to meet our high standards for performance and customer satisfaction.
IIC’s current strategic partners extend our custom software solutions capabilities through:
- Extending IIC’s virtual resource pool by an order of magnitude
- Enhancing IIC’s ability to undertake large projects involving SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Oracle E-Business, Microsoft Dynamics, and business intelligence
- Supplementing IIC’s domain knowledge to support customers in the banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing industries
