IIC has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all of the software that we develop meets or exceeds customer requirements. Specific goals for IIC’s QMS performance include: 100% defect-free software, 100% on-time software delivery, and 100% customer satisfaction.

IIC's QMS has been certified to be in compliance with the rigorous requirements of the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2008 standard. The scope of our certification covers application and systems software design, development, testing, and maintenance as well as application configuration/integration, with an emphasis on web application, database, user interface, transaction processing, content management systems, and website development and multiplatform portability. IIC has been ISO 9001 certified since 1994.
