IIC has been providing our customers with managed technical support services for over 20 years. IIC is capable of providing remote or onsite technical support on a 24x7 basis for our customers’ hardware, software, and network infrastructure, including all major platforms. Our managed services are delivered by our dedicated team of IT support specialists. We currently employ a team of over 250 highly skilled IT professionals with extensive industry experience (averaging over 10 years) and many with industry standard certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, and others. Our technical support professionals have also been trained in IIC’s customer support philosophy. This training ensures that our technicians deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction by meeting customer requirements for flexibility, reliability, and effectiveness. We are capable of supporting any SLA levels required by our customers.
In order to further ensure the quality of the managed services that we deliver to our customers, IIC has developed robust processes and procedures for service delivery. IIC implements Managed Workplace network and systems management software to provide real-time performance reporting and issue notification. We also support additional channels for customer service requests, including toll-free telephone, e-mail, and web-based options. We have established efficient and effective procedures for evaluating issues and assigning support staff to resolve issues quickly, correctly, and cost-effectively. We support the information needs of customer management through an extensive program of regular status reporting, including event log reports, call reports, and device maintenance reports. Our managed services enable our customers to optimize systems and network performance while minimizing support costs.
IIC provides managed support for the following IT equipment:
  • Portable/Desktop computers and peripheral equipment (monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc.)
  • Centralized office printers
  • Home office printing solutions
  • Wired office phones and switching equipment (e.g., PBX)
  • Mobile communication devices
  • LAN equipment (switches, hubs, routers) in support of the end-user office computing environment.
