Partner Program
Strategic Relationships to Ensure Optimal Service Delivery
IIC has established a robust partner program to supplement the company’s ability to support the IT staffing needs of our customers. Under the auspices of our partner program, IIC has developed strong relationships with many thriving small to mid-sized consulting firms across the nation. Since each partner offers different strengths, whether it is a dedicated focus on unique skill sets, cutting-edge technology, or social diversity, IIC’s program is designed to leverage the core competency of each partner to provide a unified and highly effective service offering to our customers.
Our qualification methodology for sub-tier vendors takes the following factors into consideration:
- The vendor’s geographic range of service
- The vendor’s niche area of expertise/core competency
- Strong financial strength/solvency
- Verifiable evidence of a quality process that ensures compliance with IIC and our customers’ contractual requirements
- The vendor’s commitment to continuous improvement
- The vendor’s commitment to business ethics, good corporate citizenship, and diversity
IIC thoroughly reviews each vendor applicant on the basis of the above factors as well as through a stringent vendor integrity review that checks the criminal, educational, and financial background of all principals, directors, and major shareholders of the prospective vendor. Additionally, all vendor applicants are required to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the master agreements we maintain with our customers.
IIC is strongly committed to developing and nurturing diversity within our sub-tier program. As a certified MBE with the New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council and the Empire State Development Council (State of New York), IIC understands the challenges faced by diversity businesses as well as the unique capabilities they deliver. Over the last 10 years we have been proud to contribute to the growth of over 350 individual suppliers, a majority of which are considered Minority Business Enterprises.
