Recruitment Team
IIC has established an effective internal recruiting team consisting of knowledgeable and innovative recruiters with access to local and global talent resources. Characteristics of IIC’s recruitment team include:
  • Highly experienced, qualified, and highly educated Resource Managers to identify and fill staffing needs at diverse geographical locations and in diverse skill areas.
  • A team of 20 technical recruiters divided into teams based on geography, customer requirements, and technical expertise. Each team is headed by a senior Resource Executive; the Resource Managers for each of these teams work closely with the Resource Executive to take care of all staffing requests and handle logistics and compensation issues with individual candidates. Resource Managers are located throughout the country in IIC’s regional offices in CA, TX, NY, NJ, MD, and AZ.
  • The resourcing team participates in various on-going training programs/seminars on technology, selling, negotiation, and communications for effective performance.

    • Number of individuals with Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Business Administration: 12
    • Number of individuals with Bachelors in Computer Science: 3
    • Number of individuals with Bachelors degree: 10
    • Number of AIRS-certified recruiters: 3
Recruitment Resources
IIC’s Resource Managers use multiple sourcing techniques to identify and deploy experienced and qualified resources with a wide range of skills at diverse locations. Recruitment resources include:
  • Resource Management System (RMS): IIC’s automated system for managing our deployed consultants as well as our candidate pipeline. This tool supports processing of customer requirements and all stages of the recruitment process from candidate identification through screening, submission, and execution of employment agreements. IIC’s RMS contains information on more than 50,000 candidates.
  • Employee Referrals: IIC has a strong preference for consultants referred by our current/past employees. In our experience, employee referrals result in greater reliability, fewer dropouts, and more positive feedback from our clients.
