Your Assurance of the Quality of Our Consultants
IIC understands the importance of staff continuity to the success of our customers’ projects. IIC has a long-standing track record of going the extra mile to ensure continuity and on-time completion of customer projects. IIC works closely with our customers to ensure that the consultants that we place with them meet their performance obligations as well as any applicable standards for acceptable professional behavior. IIC conducts extensive pre-employment screening to determine technical capabilities and to complete due diligence for potential behavioral or performance issues. IIC also conducts an extensive orientation program to ensure that consultants are fully aware of the performance and behavioral expectations they must meet to satisfy customer requirements.
In the event that IIC or a customer determines that a consultant must be replaced, IIC will provide a replacement consultant according to the terms of our consultant warranty. IIC’s consultant warranty provides for the replacement of a consultant for any reason within the first two weeks of assignment. After the first two weeks, consultant replacement within the scope of the warranty will occur only for performance or behavioral issues that exceed agreed upon criteria. Under our consultant warranty, IIC will provide an equivalent or more qualified replacement consultant at no additional charge. In addition, IIC will not charge for the replaced consultants services for a period of up to two weeks in duration.
