ISO
9001:2000 Standards Compliance
Consistent with the goals of
our quality policy, and in compliance with the latest Quality
Standards, we are ISO 9001:2000 certified for IIC managed
software development. In order to conform to the requirements
of ISO 9001:2000, IIC follows a Quality Management System
[QMS] that includes the following processes: Resource Management,
Product Realization, Data Collection / Reporting, QMS Management,
and QMS Monitoring. The interaction of these processes is
designed to ensure that IIC’s software development function
delivers high quality products that meet customer requirements
in an environment of continual process improvement.
Our unique IIC
Software Development Life Cycle which ensures continuity,
consistency and control during all phases of a project adheres
strictly to the standards defined in our QMS The QMS facilitates
a clear definition of project objectives and of mission critical
assignments. This implementation provides assurance that our
consultants will discipline themselves during various phases
of a project and focus on quality assurance.
Quality
training
IIC knows that good training is essential to quality
work. Because of this, we have implemented a Quality Training
Program which aims at instilling quality standards into all
our employees. This enables them to work at their peak capability
at all times.
-
All software development employees are trained to meet
ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards.
-
Training includes both initial induction quality training
as well as yearly refresher courses to update employees
on any changes/additions to the quality system.
-
Software developers must follow the IIC Software Development
Life Cycle to ensure that quality products are produced
through extensive testing and retesting at all stages
of the process.
-
IIC’s Quality Training System instills the concept
of quality and the necessity of testing and checking progress
at all stages of the process. This ensures high quality
work and a major reduction of rework during the project.
-
IIC’s Quality Training System does not end with
the initial training. It is an ongoing process of feedback
and continual progress. IIC evaluates employees performance
to reach the desired goals.
