Sourcing Diversity: Indotronix recruits candidates from the widest range of available sources, with a focus on non-traditional channels

Hiring Practices: Our policies are designed to be neutral with respect to diversity measures

Use of Advanced Technology: We have adopted advanced technology, including AI, with the goal of eliminating any bias in our candidate sourcing practices

Veteran Hiring: We have specifically decided to focus on increasing the participation of veterans in our workforce:

  • The Indotronix website includes a feature for veterans to submit their resumes for consideration by our veteran hiring team: We Hire Vets
  • Indotronix has hosted a series of webinars to build awareness around veteran hiring issues

Workforce Diversity Tracking: We capture self-reported data on the gender, ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status of all our new hires to facilitate quarterly workforce diversity reporting
