Institute of Supply Management (NJ Chapter)
Women & Leadership Conference: Served as co-chair for 2 years (2018 – 2020) and continue to serve on the event committee
Supplier Diversity Conference: Served on the event committee for several years; credited with bringing innovative ideas to the conference
Talent Management Committee: Serve as chair for this committee, tasked with building the candidate pipeline for leadership roles within the chapter
Other involvement:
- Mentored undergraduate and MBA students majoring in supply chain management
- Recognized with the Volunteer of the Year award in 2018
National Minority Supplier Development Council (NY/NJ Chapter)
Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee: Indotronix serves on this committee, which acts as the voice of the member MBEs and provides a conduit between the corporate members and MBEs
NMSDC Centers of Excellence Certificate Program: Indotronix participates in this program as a mentor to help smaller and/or early-stage MBEs build their strategic growth plans and navigate the procurement process
Diversity Alliance for Science
Awards Committee: Indotronix served for several years on this committee which is responsible for choosing the annual winners of various diversity-related awards for the Life Sciences industry
STEM Grants Committee: Indotronix serves on this committee, which is responsible for identifying local schools, primarily from underserved, predominantly minority neighborhoods, to receive STEM grants and for their meritorious students to participate in an activity day during regional DA4S conferences

Annual Sponsor: Indotronix is a close partner and active sponsor of USPAACC’s annual conference
