Indotronix provides a full range of IT solutions to our customers, with a primary focus on IT staffing/consulting services. The Indotronix global resource team provides world-class service to an international customer base that ranges from local non-profit organizations to state government agencies to Fortune 500 corporations. Indotronix is pleased to be able to offer IT Staff Augmentation services to all of the State of Texas agencies and other participants in the TX DIR ITSAC program via the DIR contract referenced above.
Specific Services Offered
Indotronix International Corporation offers information technology staff augmentation services (ITSAC) through this contract, specifically: 168 awarded categories of Information Technology labor rates. Jobs for Customers are competitively solicited through DIR in regards to this ITSAC contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this ITSAC contract. This contract does have a number of subcontractors, many of which are HUB vendors.

Warranty and Return Policy
Indotronix abides by and is committed to the Warranty terms set by DIR for this contract. Our customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signature on our invoices to inform us of their determination that our consultant has made errors in completed work. Indotronix will make corrections and revisions as necessary to provide our customer with an acceptable Work Product without cost to the customer. Correction is limited to rework of the unsatisfactory work without change to the original specifications and without regard to the amount of the effort expended on the original work.
