Position: Boiler/HVAC Technician
Contract to Hire (3 Months)
Location: Bothell, WA
Pay: $42-$45/hr (W2)
Shift: M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial/commercial HVAC and Boiler systems.

Maintain, inspect, and repair boilers, burners, controls, and associated equipment (deaerators, pumps, chillers, AHUs, etc.).

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ventilation, refrigeration, and hydronic systems.

Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS).

Conduct boiler water testing and chemical adjustments.

Perform refrigerant recharges and leak checks.

Utilize CMMS for work orders and maintenance scheduling.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations (lockout/tagout, PPE).

Document work and communicate with customers.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

EPA Universal Refrigeration License.

5+ years HVAC/Boiler maintenance experience in industrial/commercial settings.

Ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and fit testing.

Ability to obtain security access badge and driver's license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

US Citizenship or Permenant Residency.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical positions.
Preferred Requirements:
Technical degree.
GMP experience.
Experience with heavy industrial steam systems, chillers, and automation controls.
CMMS (EAMS preferred) experience.
Ability to read schematics and manuals.
Strong communication Skills.
