Indotronix is seeking a Business Data Analyst in the Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client tech hub locations
Position: Business Data Analyst
Position Location: 1st Preference: Pittsburgh(PA)
2nd Preference: Pittsburgh(PA),Strongsville(OH),Birmingham(AL),Phoenix(AZ)
Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Hybrid (3-day office 2 days remote)
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
*May have to do hands-on configuration work for a debt collection platform which includes making new rules, jobs, filter (training will be provided for the platform)
Must Have Technical Skills:
1. Basic SQL knowledge
2. Data Analytic Skills
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Experience with FICO products
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Problem-solving skills
3. Leadership of teams/projects
Education:
Bachelors required
Years of experience:
3-5 years
