Position: EBX Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ month rolling contract

Position Description:

Our client requires a solution architect/technical lead with in-depth knowledge of TIBCO's EBX Master Data Management (MDM) solution to provide technical expertise and guidance to a geographically dispersed implementation team, including offshore software engineers. Our client is working toward creating a solution for managing Customer master data and a select set of reference data in the TIBCO EBX MDM solution.

Purpose:

UNFI requires a solution architect/technical lead with in-depth knowledge of TIBCO's EBX Master Data Management (MDM) solution to provide technical expertise and guidance to a geographically dispersed implementation team, including offshore software engineers. UNFI is working toward creating a solution for managing Customer master data and a select set of reference data in the TIBCO EBX MDM solution.

Role Responsibilities:

• Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of TIBCO EBX MDM solution to develop architecture, design, and implementation approach to deliver master data records for the Customer data domain

• Provides technical support to EBX implementation team
• Identifies opportunities to deliver experiences that demonst*** what is possible with EBX
• Educates implementation team and business stakeholders on EBX software capabilities and limitations
• Documents EBX best practices and creates development resources that can be used by implementation team
• Partner with Enterprise Data Management and IT team members on technical architectures and data integration patterns related to EBX implementation
• Lead technical reviews of implementation team's work to assure adherence to best practice and architectural standards

Job Requirements:

Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of TIBCO EBX MDM platform (v5.9 or higher)
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems and other data structures
• Strong understanding of data governance and master data management principles
• Understanding of business process re-engineering principles and processes to support change management needs associated with master data management
• Familiarity of all components of a technical architecture for data and application integration purposes
• Familiarity of infrastructure and network architecture for solution implementation guidance
