Responsibilities:

• Perform planned maintenance on building equipment and HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical systems (pumps, fans, compressors, etc.).

• Implement and develop maintenance procedures, and maintain spare parts inventory.

• Support equipment installation, inspections, and service.

• Follow safety regulations, including job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures.

• Provide service feedback to customers and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Use diagnostic tools to improve energy efficiency and perform other assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years of experience in HVAC/R or facility maintenance in an industrial environment.

• Ability to work in aerial lifts or scissor lifts at heights up to 30 feet.

Additional Information:

• Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

• Ability to obtain a security access badge.

• May require a valid Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk extensively, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting.

• Ability to differentiate wire colors and use office equipment.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills.

Special Requirements:

• Must wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.).

• Ability to manage job-related stress and work overtime if needed.

• Flexibility in working hours based on business needs.
