Top Requirements:
- Java/scala – most applications are Java/scala/python. 1 scala, 5-6 java based Ideally candidates have moved form java and wants to start in Scala
- Spark – most apps are spark/batch based, kafka will be more of a future state
- AWS – Lambdas, EMR, ECS, EC2, won’t tough too much outside of that
- Cassandra and mongo – non relational cloud based DB’s
