Indotronix is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer in Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client tech hub locations
Position Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Position Location: Pittsburgh(PA), Strongsville(OH), Birmingham(AL), Farmers Branch(TX), and Phoenix(AZ)
Technology Satellites: Cincinnati(OH), Miamisburg(OH), Downers Grove(IL), Overland Park(KS), Philadelphia(PA), Columbus(OH), Little Rock(AR), and Jacksonville(FL)
Ability to work remotely: HYBRID – (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared.
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
*Needs experience in configuring and implementing the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release
Must Have Technical Skills:
1. Service Now
2. Solid foundation in JavaScript syntax, data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts
3. Understand the different scripting contexts (client-side, server-side, business rules, etc.) and how to write scripts for each
4. Understanding of web development principles
5. Strong problem-solving skills that are crucial for debugging scripts and finding solutions to technical challenges
6. Configuration/Development of ITSM Change Management
7. Agile Experience
8. Extensive Java Script language experience
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Cloud-based computing system
Soft Skills:
1. Can work independently and as a team
