Indotronix is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer in Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client tech hub locations
Position Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Position Location: Pittsburgh(PA), Strongsville(OH), Birmingham(AL), Farmers Branch(TX),and Phoenix(AZ)
Ability to work remotely: HYBRID – (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
*Needs experience in configuring and implementing the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release
Must-Have Technical Skills:
1. Service Now
2. Configuration/Development experience with Portfolio Management (Portfolio Management = Strategic Portfolio management (Project Portfolio Management, Digital Portfolio Management) and Enterprise Architecture (Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management)
3. Needs experience in configuration and implementing Service Now
4. Agile Experience
