Job Description:

• Operate and maintain all utility plant equipment, including high-temperature hot water generators, centrifugal chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment.
• Record, review, and interpret equipment and system readings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• 2 years of HVAC trade school or equivalent certification.
• High school degree or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• EPA CFC Universal certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Proficiency in hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues.
• Familiarity with building management systems, computerized alarm and control systems, and general computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work from aerial lift platforms and ladders.
