Job Title: Customer Experience Operations Portfolio Manager

About this role
The Customer Experience Operations Portfolio Manager is part of the CX Operations team whose mission is to power teams by driving operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility to optimize portfolio management.

The CX Ops Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing customer experience design portfolios, which includes design resource and budget planning, stakeholder management and improving ways of working .They are a key contributor in driving and managing the customer experience design portfolio that enables decision-making across all levels of the organization.

To be successful in the role, the CX Ops PM:
Has familiarity with Digital product development
Is comfortable capturing the level of detail needed to successfully scope projects
Enjoys working with people to help solve problems
Is detail-oriented, capable of delivering relevant, useful, timely reporting with quality.
Is a self-starter who is proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions with limited direction.
Has the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management including Senior Leaders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Facilitating upstream planning of design work
Meeting with partners to gather business requirements
Conducting impact assessments to understand and/or inform project scope
Coordinating, assigning and engaging people resources for design projects
Completing project status reporting
Implementing communications plans
Establish and monitor progress, tracking key design initiatives and metrics, working with both internal and external design partners
Facilitate cross functional alignment between design teams
Manage escalations, clear communication lines and elevate risks when needed
Improve work efficiencies across cx design, design agencies, and business partners

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience in program/project management
BA degree desired, in relevant fields for technology project management
Experience managing digital technology projects
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
Effective problem-solving skills to identify, create and lead improvement opportunities, evaluate options, and develop solutions.
Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Self-management skills is a must
Familiarity using Smartsheets is a plus


Logistics
This is a hybrid position working both remote and in office. The candidate will need to be able to commute into the NYC or New Jersey office 2 days a week.
