Indotronix is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in Pittsburgh-PA and multiple client locations

 

Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Position Location: Most preferred location: Jacksonville-FL, Miamisburg-OH, or Pittsburgh-PA (no particular order). The second preferred location is the remaining tech hubs in no particular order – Strongsville-OH, Dallas-TX, Phoenix-AZ, and Birmingham-AL

Ability to work remotely: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remotely

Duration: Contract to hire

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily:

-Attend/participate in daily standups to provide updates on user stories assigned

-Be accessible during hours of operation which is between 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday

-Actively work on user stories assigned

-Work with team members with any questions/concerns/blockers

 

Weekly:

-Attend/participate in Sprint Planning session

-Attend/participate in Backlog Refinement sessions

 

Biweekly:

-Attend/participate in the application demos to the line of business.

-Attend/participate in the crew's Retrospective meetings (depending of team, can be weekly)

Interview Process:

1st Round: Focused on soft skills – 2–3-person panel -- 30 mins

2nd Round: Focused on technical – 2–3-person panel (Tech mgr. Scrum Master, Lead Developer, Architect) - 1hr
