Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Qualified candidates will have a deep understanding of RAN equipment related to Ericsson markets, will be able to adapt quickly to changing needs of the business, and has a polished communication style with good project management skills.

This candidate will do a good bit of data entry, and validation with this position.

Bonus for a candidate that meets all of this and also has good data analytics skills.

Responsible for RAN Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple RAN project types.

Supporting the RAN equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.

Scrubbing RAN projects to identify specific equipment needs.

Creating Material Requests in Engineering Order (EO).

Forecast future needs based on project start dates.

Ensure proper tracking of all components.

Monitor all equipment expenditures.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.

Equipment Procurement & Optimization.

Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.

Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.

Knowledge of Ericsson LTE/AWS base stations and remote radio units; Nokia transport equipment, JMA and Commscope Remote Electrical Tilt Antennas, hybrid cables, and CPRI mux/patch panels.

Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change

 Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Willingness to adapt to different settings and investigate/implement alternate approaches to resolve problems with minimum management input.

Data analytics skills, and good knowledge of Excel

College Degree desired BUT not required
