Job Title: Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst

Duration: 9+ months
Responsibilities:
• Lead the SACM process to ensure effective management of IT assets and configuration items.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SACM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within the CMDB.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment of SACM processes with overall IT service management (ITSM) practices.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the CMDB to ensure compliance with SACM policies.
• Generate and analyze SACM reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SACM.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SACM or a related IT service management role.
• Extensive experience with CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• ITIL certification is highly desirable.
