JD: Candidate needs to have good experience on Application Support on Unix/Linux/Java/Jboss, Prod/Non Prod environments. Min. 4+ years is preferred. ¿ Knowledge on deployments/Upgrades/ Config udpates/App and Infra Troubleshooting/Micro services on Linux OS. ¿ Work experience on monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, Inters cope & TAPM. ¿ Should have knowledge of Ticketing systems ¿ AOTS CM/TM, Remedy ¿ Should have good understanding of telecom based APIs, Telecom Platform, Java based applications and application flow from source to destination. ¿ Must have good troubleshooting skills. ¿ Should be ready to work in shifts on a rolling roaster basis.
