Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced TPM consultant to join our Trade Management IT team! Typical responsibilities would include:
Supporting the upgrade of our existing TPM 4.0 solution to SP4
o Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing
o Performing root cause analysis of identified issues
o Configuring solutions in CRM/TPM and working with technical resources to resolve defects
o Partner with SAP on product issues and fixes
Troubleshooting customer reported issues for production support
o Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations
o Providing SME expertise and guidance; Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources
o Identifying knowledge or process gaps; Assisting knowledge sharing and learning opportunities
Work Experience/Skill Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in technology related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience with trade management applications, 8 years of SAP experience
Experience in delivering SAP TPM Solutions with at least two full lifecycle implementations
Hands on CRM/TPM experience configuring SAP CBP, Trade Funds (TFM), Trade Promotions (TPM) & Trade Claims (TCM)
Strong verbal and written communication; Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; Positive attitude with focus on teamwork and collaboration
