Job Overview

Gravity Homes is seeking a seasoned Accounts Manager with substantial experience in accounting software, real estate accounting, and ERP systems. The Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy at a managerial level.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Oversee and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Real Estate Accounting:

Apply advanced knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including revenue recognition and cost accounting.

Manage financial aspects of real estate transactions and projects.

ERP Systems and Software Utilization:

Expertly handle Tally ERP software for recording and managing financial data.

Perform data entry, reconciliation, and generate comprehensive financial reports.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and documents.

Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Vendor and Supplier Payments Management:

Oversee the process and management of vendor and supplier payments, including invoice verification.

Monitor accounts payable and payment schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of substantial experience in accounting, with proficiency in Tally and real estate accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent data entry and reconciliation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
