JD for Support Engineer (Timing 11:00 pm to 08:00 am)


  • Support Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Repair and troubleshooting desktop & printer related issues
  • Basic knowledge of Servers, Network, Switch and Firewalls
  • Basic knowledge of trading application. i.e. Odin
  • Basic knowledge of Active directory, DNS, WSUS, FTP
  • Basic knowledge of Antivirus
  • Basic knowledge of Lease lines, MPLS, PRI & ILL connectivity
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
