A senior leader in the recruitment industry, his early career began at one of the fastest growing global recruitment firms, where he helped expand operations. In the last 15 years, he founded 2 technology staffing firms. Michael is a regular contributor to articles in the talent acquisition space and is passionate about Sustainability and Engagement with ex-Service Personnel and Reservists.

André is a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 12 years of experience in the industry. He is responsible for building the automotive division for its UK operations, with a key focus on sustainability. He has extensive experience in high-volume recruiting and niche talent and is skilled at identifying the unique needs of both clients and candidates.

Ray has over 2 decades of recruiting experience specializing in Defence, Security, Oil & Gas sectors. Prior to that he served as a Royal Marine Commando and leads our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.

He is adept at managing the entire recruitment process, from cost-effective sourcing and interview coordination to testing, reference checks, and negotiation.

Paul is responsible for Interim and Permanent recruitment solutions for the private, public and non-profit organisations. He has 10+ years in various aspects of recruitment including progressively senior roles in the recruitment function for recruitment consultancy firms across Europe.
