Primary Skills
1. A rich background in engineering and/or Defence with a minimum of two years in a managerial authoring role., 2. The ability to craft precise and comprehensive operating and maintenance manuals based on various source information, including engineering drawings, 3. Proficiency in working under tight time constraints., 4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office., 5. Strong familiarity with Defence Publications like AESPs, APs, and BRs., 6. Experience in managing small teams and the ability to coordinate workflows for timely, budget-compliant project deliveries., 7. Two years of project management experience or a recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., APMP or Prince 2)., 8. Sound knowledge of DE&S working practices and procedures.
