Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Business Systems Analyst Lead in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ locations

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead

Position Location: Three accepted locations- ONLY:

Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ

Remote: HYBRID (3 days in office and 2 days at home)

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine process documentation in various formats including written and workflow formats to align to higher level policies and procedures

• Recognize and evaluate opportunities for process and workflow improvement

• Generate report and presentation materials utilizing Excel and PowerPoint

• No project work. They are a RUN organization and support 24x7 operations.

Required Technical Skills

· Microsoft Office tools including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (VERSION- Always the latest- 365)

· Collaboration tools including:

• Teams

• Confluence - no particular version; Client is up to date

· Process mapping

· Jira

Flexed on required skills:

 NONE

Soft Skills:

· Highly organized, detail oriented, results focused

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills

Nice to have skills:

· Project management

· Leadership skills

· Risk background is a plus

Education Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

· Manager says 3+ years experience

Interview process:

1 interview process with the manager who will then consult with a panel and make decision.
