• Works with various TDS teams to obtain requirements for hardware and/or software procurement
• Provides TDS requirements to a variety of hardware, software, and services vendors and obtains quotes
• Understands vendor proposals/contracts and works with vendors to obtain clarification where needed
• Works with various TDS teams to facilitate vendor meetings, ** calls, and quote validation sessions

• Leads the planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs and negotiates contracts

• Actively seeks to understand various technology needs and maintains a list of qualified vendors/suppliers
• Identifies and pursue opportunities to lower the total cost of goods and services to enhance total enterprise cost of ownership
• Provides supply planning and analysis
• Conducts supplier performance and relationship management
• 1 year contract to begin – could extend for years after
• Must be local to bay area (will be hybrid role onsite 1-2x week)

Required Skills : Must have strong vendor management and contract skills. They will be working with various TDS teams to obtain requirements for hardware and/or software procurement.
