Indotronix is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst Remote position

Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.

• Write user stories with detailed supporting documents.

• Play key role in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and validation of completed user stories.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

• JIRA

• SQL

• Postman

• Design tool Visio, Confluence Gliffy, Miro

• Process flow diagram preparation,

Flex Skills:

Test data preparation, API testing, familiarity in any programming language

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

clear and concise communication both written and verbal across various stakeholder groups;

Degree or Certificates:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Years of experience: Level 3 6+ years

Interview Process:

1 step interview with HM, product owner, subject matter expert
