Administrative Assistant
This position is responsible for general office duties including file management, expense reports, scheduling of meetings and presentations, and general support of those in the office. Responsibilities • Provide secretarial and general office duties. • Responsible for file management, answering telephone, correspondence, and handling department mail. • Process expense reports and invoice processing into Oracle and submit to A/P for payment. • Research and resolve discrepancies when necessary. • Assist in the preparation and planning of meetings and presentations. • Plan and coordinate travel and meetings. • Provide assistance scheduling appointments, meetings and vacation schedules. • Perform other duties as assigned and/or assist other department members as needed. Requirements • Secretarial and general office experience required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills • Ability to interface with all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional and helpful manner. • Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimum supervision. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.
