Indotronix is seeking Hybrid- Application Support Senior in Phoenix, AZ, and multiple client footprints

 

Position: Application Support Senior(Hybrid-3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote)

Position Location: Phoenix, AZ First Preference. Pittsburgh, Dallas, Birmingham, Cleveland Second preference.

Ability to work remote: ¨ No

Working Hours (Flexible): (7-9) (Core Hours: 9-4 and late night work if needed)

Travel: ¨ Yes If yes, details: 1-2x year max, if any;

Days of the week: ¨ Monday ¨ Tuesday ¨ Wednesday ¨ Thursday ¨ Friday ¨ 9-5 pm

Duration: Contract to hire

 

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting GOMP processes

• After hour support for Scotty migrations

• Work with senior developers to updating and enhance current processes in place

• Work with Technical teams to troubleshoot failures

• Re-platform GOMP for UCP EOL effort

• Troubleshooting as needed through tickets received from Jira, ServiceNow, Failed GOMP jobs

• Creation of automation solutions

• Support automation provided by GOMP

○ Cruise Provisioning

○ Scotty

○ Decomission

○ NAS

○ APIs

 

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:

Required Skills:

• System Administration:

○ Windows OS

○ Windows IIS

○ MS SQL

○ Mongo DB knowledge/experience

• GIT

• Postman experience

• API creation experience

• Knowledge and comfortableness in Vcenter

• Knowledge of Bluecat

• Back end developer with

○ (.Net/C#)

○ Powershell

○ Ansible

○ Python

○ Bash Scripting
