Title: Claims Research Associate – I

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 months (40 hour work week)

Job description:

• Primary responsibilities include handling and processing claims requests.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are requirements for this position.
• The candidate should have strong claims knowledge as well as a strong knowledge of the Claims adjudication application.
• Research, gather, and analyze customer information via multiple channels to ensure customer satisfaction;
• performs all transactions in compliance with the Company guidelines and insurance regulations while meeting the needs of the customer.
• Analyzes and researches routine Claims situations, offers alternatives, handles internal processes, and takes ownership of Claims to obtain satisfactory resolution.
• Also requires interaction with customers via Telephone.
