Indotronix is seeking a F5 Administrator in Phoenix, AZ location

Position: F5 Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities:

Daily:

Administration of F5 balance platforms, support/troubleshooting and assisting projects with issues related to that, network troubleshooting and diagnostics, supporting technology infrastructure for critical applications, utilizing capture to determine communication anomalies and isolate

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

· Advanced knowledge of F5 Load balancer platforms

· WAN links such as MPLS, GigE, and broadband

· Working knowledge of Cisco Routers: Hardware & software

· Layer 2 protocols such as Vlans, Spanning Tree,

· Layer 3 routing protocols such as eigrp, bgp, ospf

· TCP/IP and related protocols

· Basic knowledge of network packet capture tools such as Wireshark, WildPackets, etc.

· ITIL Foundations or experience with concepts such as Request, Incident, Problem and Change

- Ability to utilize network packet capture to diagnose network communication anomalies and disruptions

- working knowledge of DNS administration (preferred - Bluecat DNS product experience)

Flex Skills:

· Any work with site reliability engineering (SRE)

· Scripting experience

· Python

· Java script

· Ansible

- Troubleshooting complex enterprise environments

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

good communication and team player

Education/Certifications:Active CCNA or CCNP certification preferred - any F5 certifications is preferred as well - no degree requirement, looking for equivalent years of experience

Years of experience: Level 3  5-7 years

Interviews:

2 step interview with HM, other managers and subject matter experts
