What your background looks like
- At least six years of relevant software development experience
- Hands on experience of JAVA/J2EE/ JavaScript development
- Hands-on experience in test automation, CI CD engineering practices to be applied in software development teams
- Hands on experience of MyEclipse IDE, Junit, ANT, Maven, Git/BitBucket
- Hands on experience of server side development using REST/JSON APIs
- Demonst***d knowledge of agile development processes, software testing and documentation
- Ability to comprehend detailed project specifications as well as the ability to adapt to various technologies and simultaneously work on multiple projects
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills
Additional Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience developing Dropwizard or Spring Boot services
- Familiarity with CI/CD build automation
- Familiarity creating and using Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience working with remote teams
- Hands-on experience with Cassandra is highly desirable
- Experience working with Cloud environments and technologies (AWS preferred)
