Position: Lead .Net Developer
Hybrid - 3 days a week

Responsibilities:
Important: This is for a Lead Developer position. Resource must be able to efficiently communicate with team members daily and provide guidance as he/she sees fit while following Client standards and guidelines.
Daily:
· Attend/participate in daily standups to provide updates on user stories assigned
· Be accessible during hours of operation which is between 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday
· Actively work on user stories assigned and committed to for each sprint
· Work with team members with any questions/concerns/blockers
· Host Daily Standup Meeting in a team rotation
· Provide leadership to the team when facing technical issues
· Work with the Product Owner and Solution Designer to ensure developers on crew are staying within the approved scope for the release
· Respect teammates
Weekly:
· Attend/participate in Sprint Planning sessions
· Attend/participate in Backlog Refinement sessions
· Attend/participate in Retrospective sessions
Biweekly:
Attend/participate in the application demos to the line of business.
