Indotronix is seeking OpenShift/Kubernetes Administrator in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, Alabama, Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ tech hubs

Position: OpenShift/Kubernetes Administrator

Position Location: 5 days in office at Hubs below

Cleveland, OH - 1st preference

2nd preferences:

Pittsburgh, PA

Birmingham, Alabama

Dallas, TX

Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday - 4:00pm to 12:30am ET

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

-Support critical applications and ensure the stability of services by performing dedicated maintenance activities

-Engage in automation activities - perform root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation

-Knowledge of production support process including incident/change/problem management, call triaging, and critical issue resolution procedures

-Work on Jira backlog when Prod Incidents and change work

Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Requirements:

-OpenShift/Kubernetes

-CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket

-Linux administration

- Ansible automation

-Incident Management

-Change Management

Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful?

CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator is a plus

5+ years of related work experience regardless of educational background

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
