To assume the role of Technical Advisor and Expert for customers; for building technical solutions and delivery of multiple projects in the chosen competencies along with undertaking competency building activities. Specify the systems architecture needed to meet the present and future needs of the client¿s business as a whole by identifying the ICT components and their interrelationships. Anticipate and escalate risks and issues to delivery managers promptly, along with remedial contingencies whenever possible. Educate, influence and guide team in preparing estimates, plans and designs. Present to the project stakeholders with justification as and when needed. Review of estimates provided by the team members ensuring that quoted effort is in proportion to the business change. Initiates the guidelines / checklists viz design / coding / testing and influences the team to adhere to the same. Conduct and contribute in reviews of deliverables viz design documents, specification code, test specifications, user manuals, etc., thereby ensuring that the deliveries meet business expectations. Build excellent rapport with client and internal delivery managers by providing proactive support and adherence to tight timelines and quality for deliveries.
