Acts as liaison between company and contractors to ensure all products are manufactured following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and quality products are released and available to meet customer needs. Identifies potential new contractors. May respond to feasibility requests. Description :

Must be a US Citizen and be onsite at Spirit 32-35 hours per week. Monday through Friday. They must possess organizational skills and be able to train in and utilize multiple systems and programs, including Outlook, excel, access, gPLM (onsite training provided for the items that are client only uses). SAP knowledge would be beneficial

gPLM – BCCM support for RFAs

Create BCCM items for all RFAs that require design engineering support.

Upload RFA forms and attachments into gPLM system

Initiate BCCM project workflow.

Monitor system for approvals and send engineering responses to SSC rep for technical review.

Administrate new incoming RFAs received into Outlook.

Verify RFA forms are complete and accurate.

Validate RFAs are not duplicates.

Enter RFAs into RFA database.

Send completed RFA responses to suppliers after technical response is complete.

Route minor impact RFAs to external support function

These include request for ZSP clarification and missing data from c-folders.

Boeing ELRs (Engineering Liaison Request) for RFAs

Document the necessary information on an RFA ELR template form that will be used for input into the Boeing ELR system.

Material Substitutions

Verify PL material is not available by checking with raw material procurement.

Obtain raw material coordination form for AL & Ti plate, sheet, bar, and any shape material.

Document necessary information on material substitution form to engineering
